We meet all of this goal's criteria. Those relating to no child labour, freedom of association, and fair workinmg hours are covered by our adherence to UK law. The fair employment status criiteria are fulfilled, wiith part-time workers qualifying for benefits. Criteria relating to holiday and maternity, paternity and parental leave are met by specific WHEB policies.
By addressing these criteria, we have taken the steps required by the Benchmark to mitigate risks on this subject.
